The Prefecture of Preveza is one of the 51 that constitute Greece and one of the 4 in the administrational district of Epirus, in its southwestern side. Βρίσκεται στη νοτιοδυτική άκρη της Ηπείρου. To the north, it’s adjacent to the prefectures of Thesprotia and Ioannina, to the east it’s the prefecture of Arta and to the west lie the Gulf of Amvrakikos and the Ionian Sea.
